Finding Joy Fridays

Have you heard of the negativity bias? It’s the automatic tendency for humans to pay more attention to threat and potential problems rather than to the positive moments of our day, what’s going right, and what’s joyful. And this can contribute to anxiety. The antidote? Intentionally focussing on and fully experiencing simple moments of pleasure and joy. Take them in. For a full minute. It’s good for your mental health.
